Cam Cameron will be LSU’s next offensive coordinator according to reports from multiple news outlets citing anonymous sources, including CBS Sports’ Bruce Feldman and WBRZ.
The reports were confirmed by WBRZ Sports Director Michael Cauble through an LSU school official. Cameron has not yet signed onto the Tigers’ staff, but the university is expected to make the official announcement next week.
There has been no confirmation from LSU coach Les Miles or sports information director Michael Bonnette.
How this will affect current offensive coordinator Greg Studrawa and quarterbacks coach Steve Kragthorpe is still unknown.
Cameron was the offensive coordinator of the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens before being fired in Week 14 after a loss to the Washington Redskins.
Cameron also has a fair share of experience in college as an assistant at Michigan and a head coach at Indiana.
