Coming in at #1 this week is the long-awaited Hummingbird from Local Natives. This band’s unique blend of indie-pop with hints of garage, surf, and lo-fi created an instantly lovable album. In at #2 is Foxygen’s We Are the 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace and Magic. This album is a magical, mystical hodge-podge of psychedelic layers and floating vocals sure to impress those with a penchant for tunes of the 60s and 70s. Finally, at #3 is Heartthrob by Tegan & Sara. This sister duo changed up their style for this album and threw back to some 80s inspired pop. All of the songs are heart-felt and catchy!
