Man unaffiliated with the University arrested for remaining after being forbidden and theft
On Oct. 18, LSU Police Department officers were notified of a man walking on Dalrymple Drive who was previously banned from campus, said LSUPD spokesman Capt. Cory Lalonde.
Officers located the man near Middleton Library and identified him as Travaris Robinson, 19, of 6941 SW 22 St., Miami, Fla.
Officers determined Robinson was a suspect in a bike theft that occurred on Oct. 16, Lalonde said.
Upon questioning, Robinson admitted to the theft. He was arrested and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, Lalonde said.

On Oct. 20 an LSUPD officer stopped a vehicle on Nicholson Drive for an expired temporary license plate and discovered the driver, Ebony Rosenberger, 22, of 9696 Lewis St. was driving without a license and had an outstanding warrant for driving without a driver’s license, Lalonde said.
Rosenberger was arrested and booked into EBR Parish Prison.
Man unaffiliated with the University arrested for careless operation of a vehicle and DWI second offense
On Oct. 20, an LSUPD officer observed a vehicle traveling carelessly on Highland Road. The officer made a traffic stop and identified the driver as Sean F. Middleton, 26, of 946 Iris St.
The officer observed signs of intoxication in Middleton and conducted a field sobriety test, which Middleton performed poorly, Lalonde said. Middleton was placed under arrest and taken
to the LSUPD building where he refused to take a chemical test for intoxication, Lalonde said.
He was booked into EBR Parish Prison.
