With players such as Leonard Fournette, Malachi Dupre and Brandon Harris, 2014 yielded one of LSU’s best recruiting classes in years. Now the question for many fans is how good recruiting translates to a national championship.
According to rivals.com rankings, seven of the past eight national champions have averaged a top-10 recruiting class in the four years before winning. Looking forward to the 2014 season, LSU is one of eight schools that has averaged a top-10 class in the last four years.
