LSU basketball will have five games in its upcoming season added to the Southeastern Conference television network, according to an LSU news release.
The games against UMass, Sam Houston, Charleston, Southern Miss and Savannah State all will air on the SEC Network while the exhibition game against Morehouse, the regular season opener against Gardner-Webb and the Nov. 29 game against McNeese State will be shown on the SEC Network as well as WatchESPN.com.
Start times for LSU’s SEC schedule were announced, with the Jan. 24 tilt against Vanderbilt airing at 5 p.m. on ESPNU, and the Mississippi State game on the SEC Network at 1 p.m. Jan. 31. The away game against Tennessee will air at 3 p.m. oFeb. 14, and a rematch of last year’s defeat against Ole Miss on Feb. 28 will air on Fox Sports Network.
The final home game of the season against Tennessee will air at 6 p.m. on the SEC Network.
The only nonconference game yet to receive a tip time is the Dec. 18 game at University of Alabama at Birmingham, while the only nonconference game awaiting a tip time is Arkansas on March 7, which will be televised on either ESPN or ESPN 2.
