The LSU Men’s Basketball team emerged victorious from their fourth conference scheduled game Saturday night against Vanderbilt. Led by Johnny O’Bryant III, the Tigers tenacity on the defensive glass and ability to attack the rim allowed them to put up 81 points against the under-sized Commodores. Contributions from skilled freshmen, Jarell Martin and Tim Quarterman, accounted for 18 of the 31 bench points that allowed LSU to pull away rather easily. The strength and athleticism of the Tigers was overwhelming for Vanderbilt, and ultimately led to the Tigers 81-58 win at home.
