Since 1956 the LSU AgCenter Dairy Store has been located in the building on the corner of S. Stadium Drive and Tower Drive. Work is underway to demolish and replace it with a brand new Interdisciplinary Science Building. All this construction is expected to take approximately 18 months.
Before the Dairy Store can return to the old location, it will temporarily reside in the recently renovated Food Science building on S. Campus Drive.
The temporary location is open and serving ice cream and will have an official grand opening sometime in April. Customers can stop by 118 S. Campus Drive from 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday!
