Pay $10 cover, and then bowl for just 25 cents a game at All Star Lanes famous Quarter Night. This special starts at 9:30 p.m. and lasts until close at 1 a.m. Enjoy select 9 oz draft beer for 25 cents a cup from 9:30 to 11:30 while you bowl. Kenilworth Independence Day Parade | Kenilworth Parkway
Celebrate the Fourth of July at the 52nd Annual Baton Rouge Kenilworth Independence Day Parade from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The parade starts on Kenilworth Parkway and rolls about four miles south of LSU off of Highland Road. This parade is free and open to the Baton Rouge public. The Sunny Side Tour | Mid City Ballroom
Support Baton Rouge’s music scene during Leisure Hour at Mid City Ballroom this Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8p.m. Hear music from local alternative band “Doggish” and synth pop project “Hearts in the Machine.” The event is BYOB and tickets can be purchased here for $10.

Fourth of July Concert | Main Library at Goodwood
The Baton Rouge Concert Band will have a free Fourth of July performance from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Plaza at the Main Branch of the East Baton Rouge Parish Library. Celebrate Independence Day with patriotic music and don’t forget to wear red, white and blue.
WBRZ’s Fireworks on the Mississippi | Riverfront Plaza & City Dock
After watching the Baton Rouge Concert Band, you can head over to the riverfront and watch the sky light up during a free firework show from 9 p.m. to 9:25 p.m. The Manship Family and WBRZ provide the fireworks for this Fourth of July tradition.
Red White & Blues Festival | Galvez Plaza
The Baton Rouge Blues Festival & Foundation is producing a free, family friendly Fourth of July Festival at the Galvez Plaza from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Attendees can enjoy a free concert from Blues performer Chris Leblanc and purchase dinner at one of the many food vendors that will be available. Bringing a lawn chair and a hand-held fan is encouraged!

Baton Rouge Arts Market | Corner of 5th Street and Main Street
The Baton Rouge Arts Market takes place on the first Saturday of each month from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. alongside the Red Stick Farmers Market. Shop for fresh produce and local, hand-made goods in one stop this Saturday.

First Free Sunday at the LSU Center for River Studies | LSU Center for River Studies at the Water Campus
From 1p.m. to 5 p.m., visitors can enter the LSU Center for River Studies (CRS) for free this Sunday. The CRS has an award-winning coastal exhibit space and the Lower Mississippi River Physical Model. This is a special opportunity for all ages to learn about Louisiana’s wetlands and ongoing restoration projects.
