On this weeks Magical Mystery Tour, I brought my old show called “The Enchanted Forest” back from 2021-2022. This variety show was my baby and I miss doing it, so of course i had to bring it back for a night.
KLSU’s “The Enchanted Forest” paid homage to LSU’s very own enchanted forest. This show is characterized by very ambient, whimsical, other-worldly, playful, and mischievous sounds. Some musicians that are associated with this show are Laraaji, Susumu Yokota, Dorothy Ashby, Ichiko Aoba, etc.
For this MMT, I carefully chose songs that captured the very mischievous heart and playful spirit of The Enchanted Forest. Your imagination is sure to run wild with this set list. I hope you enjoyed.
