Students will have the opportunity to watch director Jamal Hill’s newest movie “Brotherly Love” starring Keke Palmer and Cory Hardrict a month before it hits theaters.
The film, set for limited release April 24, takes place in Philadelphia at the famed Overbrook High School. The movie centers on the story of high school basketball player Sergio Taylor as he balances life, basketball and neighborhood pressures.
The film screening is free for students who will have the opportunity to chat with cast members Keke Palmer (“Masters of Sex”) and Eric Hill Jr. (“Orange Is The New Black”) during a Q&A after the film.
The screening will take place at 7 p.m. tonight in the LSU Student Union Theater.
