Maria Fuentes-Martin has been named associate vice president and dean of students, according to a broadcast email sent Thursday. She is the current associate vice president and dean of students at the University of Texas – Pan American and associate vice president for student life and dean of students at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Fuentes-Martin will begin her position on Aug. 24.
