Nicholson Drive and Highway 30 will not be used for contraflow after LSU football games, said LSU football SID Michael Bonnette Monday in a news release. 

When LSU faces McNeese State University in its first home game Saturday, contraflow will instead be directed to Burbank Drive, Bonnette said in the release. 

According to the release, authorities believe Burbank Drive will move traffic faster. Given the changes, fans will not be allowed to park on Nicholson Drive and Burbank Drive south of Skip Bertman Drive. Fans tailgating in the area should use the Old Front Nine free parking lot.
