LSU students wait outside Auxiliary Services in the Student Union, Monday, Aug. 24 after several students said their Tiger Cards are not working for meal plans, Paw Point or to get in and out of residence halls.
Following usage issues with many students’ Tiger Cards Monday, the LSU Tiger Card Office confirmed Tuesday morning that students should now be able to successfully use Paw Points to purchase food.
However, issues such as not being able to enter a residence hall are still being dealt with on a case by case basis.
Students are being asked to report issues with their cards to the Tiger Card office via email, at tigercard@lsu.edu.
