LSU safety Jalen Mills’ court date for charges of simple battery has been arranged for April 8, according to a report from The Advocate’s Ross Dellenger.
Mills’ trial will happen 10 days before the Spring Game on April 18, but the team will be off for spring break on that date. Mills was accused of hitting a woman on May 4 and was subsequently arrested in June.
According to the report, Richard “Chip” Moore will hear the case brought against Mills.
