After indefinitely suspending sophomore guard Danielle Ballard from game action before the season started in November, LSU women’s basketball coach Nikki Caldwell announced the end of Ballard’s suspension today.
Ballard is eligible to play against Vanderbilt tonight.
“We’re excited for Danielle to rejoin her teammates on the floor,” Caldwell said in a news release. “She has worked extremely hard and is ready for game competition.”
In 2013-14 season, Ballard averaged 10.7 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per game.
