“Country Royalty,” a musical tribute to music legends Hank Williams and Patsy Cline, will premier tonight at 7:30 at the Manship Theatre.
The act stars actor John Petty and Texas Western Swing Hall of Fame inductee and singer Carolyn Martin. The duo will share the stories behind the music of Williams and Cline, performing 24 of their greatest hits.
Petty has experience channeling Williams, assuming the role in a play in New York’s theater district.
