MONROE (AP) – Ouachita Parish deputies have charged a Monroe woman with harassing a man over the Internet.
Emily Phillips, 31, was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center on Saturday on a cyberstalking charge.
An arrest affidavit says the woman had been told not to contact the victim. The report said the victim showed deputies a Facebook message from the woman that she saw him at a shop and she allegedly threatened to “wreck that pretty truck.”
It wasn’t clear if Phillips had a lawyer.
