New LSU men’s basketball coach Johnny Jones announced Thursday morning that Shawn Forrest and Charlie Leonard will be the first additions to the 2012-13 coaching staff.
Forrest worked under Jones for the past four years at North Texas, and Leonard worked with Jones in 2000 at Memphis.
The exact staff duties and approval by the LSU Board of Supervisors is still pending for both coaches.
