After three tightly contested and highly emotional Southeastern Conference contests last weekend, one might wonder if No. 4 LSU (35-10) will have enough left in the tank for a midweek contest against an in-state school.
But LSU coach Paul Mainieri didn’t seem concerned about where his team’s head might be when the first pitch to a Tulane (29-15) batter comes in at 6:30 p.m. tonight in Alex Box Stadium.
