This week the Dum Dum Girls’ EP “End of Daze” tops the charts with its dark overtones and garage-rock roots. In second, Tame Impala’s “Lonerism” taps into progressive and experimental spirit of psychedelic rock, often associated with classic bands of the 60s and 70s. And in third this week is the Mountain Goats’ “Transcendental Youth.” This album is a mixed bag of songs with the feeling of seeing the best in bad situations. Check back next week to see who’s topping the charts next!
