Lady Antebellum, Zac Brown Band, Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert have been announced as headliners for next summer’s Bayou Country Superfest.
The Country music festival will be held in Tiger Stadium over Saturday and Sunday night of Memorial Day Weekend 2013. Darius Rucker, The Band Perry, Rodney Atkins, Love and Theft, Thompson Square and Frankie Ballard complete the music event’s lineup.
“We’re proud LSU stadium has become home to one of the greatest Country events in the world,” said Herb Vincent, LSU Senior Associate Athletics Director. “It has become everything we wanted it to be.”
Baton Rouge Mayor-President Kip Holden, adorned in a cowboy hat and sequined western shirt, shared his admiration for the event as well.
“Stand up, be proud, and look at the talent we’re bringing to BR every year,” Holden said. “The best is yet to come.”
