The University announced Wednesday morning the highest graduation rate reported in the institution’s history.
In a University news release, the Office of Budget and Planning reported the six-year graduation rate is currently 66.7 percent. Last year’s rate was 61.9 percent — a nearly 5 percent jump.
The rate has doubled over the last 20 years, and the percentage has hovered above 60 percent for the fifth year in a row, the release said.
