Roundabouts, a streetcar and a mixed-use complex could soon replace the University’s Nicholson apartments.
The Nicholson Development project held an open forum Tuesday for University students, faculty and staff to discuss the master-plan for the Nicholson Drive area. The project includes Grace and Hebert Architects, Brailsford and Dunlavey, Walker Parking and AECOM.
