TigerTrails and Campus Transit will run reduced services Thursday when it’s safe to resume travel, said Ashley Berthelot, an LSU Emergency Operations Center spokeswoman.
The reduced bus service will not include night service, and will only begin “if and when conditions have improved to be safe for travel,” said LSU’s emergency response team in a news release.
Campus Transit will run until midnight Thursday, weather permitting.
The Office of Parking, Traffic and Transportation shut down both TigerTrails and Campus Transit Wednesday due to safety concerns, mainly related to Hurricane Isaac’s high winds.
