In front of a crowd at a restaurant in the heart of Oxford, Miss., Jeremy Liggins went against the grain. 
The Oxford native picked up LSU’s helmet from a selection of every SEC West team, making him the 22nd pledge in LSU coach Les Miles’ 2012 class. 
Liggins, a 6-foot-3, 270-pound quarterback, is a three-star prospect according to Rivals.con and Scout.com. He’s the only quarterback in LSU’s 2012 class.
