LSU System President John Lombardi named a 23-member search committee for the chancellor of LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport.
Dr. Anil Nanda, professor and department of neurosurgery chair, was named as chair of the search committee.
“I am delighted to be part of this energetic team that will do it’s best to find a bold, dynamic, and visionary leader for LSUHSC-Shreveport,” Nanda said in a System news release.
The new chancellor will replace Dr. John McDonald, who announced he was retiring in December.
