The Student Union added 17 new leisure classes to its summer lineup.
New classes include “Beginning Piano forChildren,” “Drawing: Basic,” “Cha Cha Dance: Beginning,” “Salsa Dance: Beginning,” “Waltz and Foxtrot: Beginning,” “African American Literary Traditions: Exploring the Tapestry,” “Communication 101: How to Talk and Listen Better,” “Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life,” “Influencing Tolerance and Diversity in Your World,” “Living in the Here and Now in a Busy World,” “Showing Up for the Life You Value,” “Menu Planning,” “Furniture Repair and Refinishing,” “Interior Decorating with Feng Shui,” “German Conversational: Beginning,” “German: Introduction to Reading and Grammar” and “Acapella Singing for Ladies.”
The classic leisure classes include Cajun dancing, yoga and cooking classes.
Registration for classes begins Friday.
