A severe thunderstorm warning in East Baton Rouge Parish from 7:46 p.m. until 8:30 has been issued by the National Weather Service.
At 7:42 p.m. the National Weather Service’s Doppler Radar showed a severe thunderstorm “capable of producing nickel size hail” and “damaging winds in excess of 60 mph” will be near Baton Rouge by 8:10 p.m.
