Obama to speak Thursday at Tulane

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will speak at Tulane University in New Orleans Thursday morning.
The “community event” will be held at Fogelman Arena at Freret Street and McAlister Drive.
Doors open at 7:45 a.m. and RSVP is strongly encouraged as space is limited. The event begins at 9:45 a.m. No bags, signs or banners are permitted.
