There have been jokes about “Ridin’ Biden” and “Barack Oboner,” as well.Questions have arisen as to whether this parody is legal or if Palin can sue Hustler.”If anyone knows it’s safe to do this legally, it’s Larry Flynt,” said mass communication professor Emily Erickson. “Not only has it been done before, but all the way to the Supreme Court.”Erickson said if Palin tries to sue for libel, it will fall through because people who see it realize it is a joke.
