LSU football coach Les Miles said true freshman Jordan Jefferson will play in a greater capacity in the Tigers’ remaining three games.Jefferson did not see the field in the Tigers’ 27-21 loss Saturday to No. 1 Alabama.”I think we have to prepare him to play,” he said Sunday. “I think it would have been imminently hard for him to come into the last game. It’s fair to him to let him see some more playing time.”Miles said redshirt freshman Jarrett Lee, who threw four interceptions Saturday, will remain the Tigers’ starter.—-Contact Amy Brittain at [email protected]
