Saints re-sign QB Harrington – 1:35 p.m.

The New Orleans Saints have re-signed journeyman quaterback Joey Harrington, The Times-Picayune reported Wednesday.
Harrington signed with the team last month but was released a few days later because the Saints were battling multiple injuries and needed to free up roster spots.
New Orleans is Harrington’s fourth stop in the NFL since he came into the league in 2002.
