Sasaki Associates, an architecture and planning firm out of Boston and San Francisco, is working with University officials on a wayfinding project for campus signs.Improved directional signs, building signs and welcome “gateways” would be included in the project. The “family” of signs would all have a similar style.”What we have on campus is visual clutter,” said Jason Soileau, assistant director of Facility Services. “It’s very confusing if you are a visitor.”Sasaki will present a final design to University officials in the Energy, Coast and Environment building’s rotunda auditorium on Oct 23.—-Contact Kyle Bove at [email protected]
