BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Governor Bobby Jindal has appointed Mary Livers as the head of Louisiana’s juvenile justice system.Livers had been serving as interim director of the Office of Juvenile Justice since the resignation of Richard Thompson in July.The governor made her job permanent on Thursday.
