The Student Health Center will offer students and faculty flu shots from Oct. 20 to Oct. 23 between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Shots cost $10 for students and $20 for faculty and staff.The Student Health Center is ready with 2,400 vaccinations for students, said Julie Hupperich, associate director of the Student Health Center.The Student Health Center ordered the shots at the beginning of the year, Hupperich said. The number of shots ordered was based on the number of shots administered last fall.Students taking medicine with steroids can’t receive flu shots at this time, Hupperich said.Flu shots are available at the Student Health Center on the first floor. Students fill out a questionnaire and a consent form to receive a vaccination.
