Final early voting numbers indicate more than 266,000 Louisiana voters have already cast their votes, according to data released today by the Louisiana Secretary of State.According to Jacques Berry, press secretary with the Secretary of State, the early voting totals for the upcoming general election are almost double that of the early voting totals for the 2007 gubernatorial election.The data indicates more than 32,000 East Baton Rouge Parish residents have already voted through early voting or absentee voting.—-Contact Lindsey Meaux at [email protected]
