NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The New Orleans Saints re-signed Jeff Carleston, a defensive end they waived on Saturday, and cut wide receiver Terrance Cooper. Charleston is in his second season in the NFL. He first signed with the Saints as a free agent last Wednesday, practicing with the team before being waived Saturday.
