LSU junior middle-blocker Lauren DeGirolamo will miss the remainder of the season, team spokeswoman Caroline Domecq said Sunday before the Tigers’ match with Arkansas.
DeGirolamo left Friday’s against Ole Miss early with a right knee injury.
The Belleville, Ind., native was named to the 2008 preseason All-SEC team in August following a 2007 season in which she earned All-America Honorable Mention, All-South Region, All-SEC First Team and All-Louisiana First Team honors.
