BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Baton Rouge is still suffering from widespread power outages, more than a week after Hurricane Gustav.Statewide, about 10 percent of utility customers are without electricity, according to the Public Service Commission.In East Baton Rouge Parish, more than 21 percent of customers still don’t have power. Others with widespread outages include Assumption, Ascension, Pointe Coupee, Plaquemines, Saint John, St. Tammany, Terrebonne and Webster parishes.
