BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Hurricane Gustav’s destruction continues to hobble Louisiana’s capital city.Nearly a quarter of East Baton Rouge Parish residents remain without power, prompting at least a handful of residents to start camping in their front yards. But bright spots are starting to emerge: Parish officials are considering a lift on the curfew that’s been in place since Gustav struck, instances of looting remain few, and the LSU Tigers may play a Saturday game in Tiger Stadium.State and local officials continued Wednesday to monitor the track of Hurricane Ike, but the storm appeared headed to Texas and likely to largely spare Louisiana.
