Secretary Michael Leavitt of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services paid a visit to the PMAC and Carl Maddox Fieldhouse to see how both facilities were holding up while housing evacuated patients. While on campus, Leavitt proposed a new plan to help support displaced victims.
