The old Howe-Russell building, built in about 1934, tops the University’s list of buildings needing renovations.”The systems are outliving their useful life such as the roof, the windows, the exterior skin, the elevators, fire alarm systems, stairwells, finishes, floors, ceilings,” said Emmett David, director of facility development.David said renovations will cost about $22 million dollars.
