LSU coach Les Miles gave a vague indication Tuesday afternoon that coaching staff changes could be on the way in the near future.Miles met with the media to discuss the Arkansas loss and plans for bowl game preparation.After a five-loss season, many fans have speculated that co-defensive coordinators Doug Mallory and Bradley Dave Peveto could be on the way out.Miles did his best to limit the rampant rumors of impending changes with an opening statement that touched on the speculation.”I’m not going to address other issues at this point,” Miles said. “I’m just going to operate from the premise that there are going to be some adjustments made, without question. First and foremost, attitude. First and foremost, doing the right things. I think we will in the short-term.”Miles clarified that “short-term” means before the bowl game.He also said he would support coaches who may be pursuing jobs that allow for career advancement.When asked if any coaches had asked permission to interview for outside jobs, Miles said he could not comment.Read tomorrow’s edition of The Daily Reveille for more details from the Tuesday briefing.
