Going to a bar or seeing friends at a party are what a lot of students do during their years at the University, but for some – partying and social gatherings are put on the back burner to other activities.
Some wake up early in the morning for 7:30 classes. They grab a quick bite to eat after class then head to practice where they’ll spend the next few hours running, lifting weights and preparing for gametime.
After finally making it home, they remember a test they have later in the week, and even though they are tired from a day of school and practice, they open a book and begin to study until bed-time.
This may sound like a busy day to most, but this is normally what many college athletes go through on a daily basis.
