One week after a Virginia Tech English senior shot and killed 32 of the school’s students, faculty and staff, universities nationwide will honor those victims with a moment of silence.
The Center for Community Engagement, Learning and Leadership will host the VT Solidarity Project on Monday at 11 a.m.
The group will provide white ribbons and a chance to write notes on a message board that will be sent to the suffering university.
CCELL is carrying out the project in Free Speech Alley all day.
