New Orleans Saints owner Tom Benson is optimistic his franchise will have a long-term lease agreement with the state soon, the Times-Picayune reported late Monday evening.Benson also told the Times-Picayune he has a strong feeling the Superdome will be named the 2013 Super Bowl host site, which will be announced at the NFL meetings May 18-20.Benson said New Orleans is almost guaranteed to host the 2013 Super Bowl if the lease agreement is in place, the Times-Picayune reported.”I think everybody’s itching to get back, I really do,” Benson told the Times-Picayune. “They like New Orleans.
