The LSU women’s track and field team moved up to No. 3 spot in the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association poll, the LSU athletic department announced Wednesday.The Tigers fell two spots to No. 7 after a sixth-place finish at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships last weekend.Junior sprinters Trindon Holliday and Samantha Henry swept the 60-meter dash at the SEC Indoor meet.Henry also won the 200-meter dash, while freshman Rachel Laurent won the pole vault at the SEC Indoors.The teams have another NCAA qualifier Friday at LSU before the NCAA championships at College Station, Texas, on March 13-14.
