The LSU System Board of Supervisors will vote on approval for 14 new endowed professorships in medical education, basic sciences, engineering and the humanities at its meeting tomorrow.
The Board will also consider the naming of a new Boyd Professor, which is the System’s highest academic rank.
The identity of the recipient is kept a secret until the Board votes on awarding the honor.
