According data from Inrix’s National Traffic Scorecard, Baton Rouge traffic was 6 percent worse in 2008 than the prior calendar year. The data indicates that Friday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. are the week’s peak travel time.
The data pinpointed the intersection of Interstate 12 and Millerville Road as the city’s worst bottleneck.
