The National Business Incubation Association cited the LSU Business and Technology Center in a report Feb. 20.The release said state business incubators are the best investment of public dollars because of their job creation potential, according to a University news release.Since its foundation in 1988, the LSU LBTC has created more than 9,500 jobs and was named NBIA’s 2006 National Business Incubator of the Year, the release states. The LBTC, a part of the E.J.
